With her much-loved style, flair and cheeky sense of humour, Jax Hamilton is a prominent media personality, celebrity chef and businesswoman. She believes in ‘spring cleaning’ your ‘inner pantry’ and starting yourself over, unburdened by the things you no longer require or serve the best ‘you’.

Current Work:

Jax is an experienced and well-respected keynote speaker and presenter, she believes we all possess a very unique sets of characteristics and are bound by an individual greatness that, if applied correctly, can assist to motivating masses towards innovation, inspiration and new ideologies. As inspirational as she is enthusiastic, Jax has honed her presenting skills fronting campaigns for various TV commercials including Countdown Supermarkets, Kitchen Things and Good Morning.

Jax launched her new custom content brand Jax Food Hax in 2017, which is now a successful online web series, with over 40 episodes.

Her story charts through the trials and tribulations, growing up as a 1st generation Jamaican, in the 60’s in East London; as a successful business woman in the corporate world running a Qualitative Research Agency in Notting Hill. Today, she can add to her accolades being the first ever woman of colour to be chosen by Progressive Foods Ltd as a figurehead and food ambassador for Countdown Supermarkets - New Zealand.

Previous Experience:

Media: Jax was a contestant and runner up on Series 2 of MasterChefNZ and has since gone on to become a regular on TV3’s The Café.

Author: Jax has penned two best-selling cookbooks, Jax Cooks and Union Jax. Her most recent collaborations include Diabetes NZ : Eat Well, Live Well, One Mother To Another : EATS (charity), My Mother’s Kitchen and Countdown’s - Feed 4 for $15 cookbook.
