Nikki Hart who is more widely known as “The Evil Diet Witch” has been practicing nutrition since 1995, and operates a highly successful clinic.
Current work
Nikki oversees the nutritional care of over 300 clients as well as being very sought after as a nutritional speaker at conferences and seminars.
Education
To gain greater professional development Nikki completed her Masters Degree in Nutritional Science at Massey University specialising in Hydration and was awarded first class honours.
Television
To emphasise the importance of health promotion Nikki hosted her own TV series ‘Eat Yourself Whole’ in 2005, and ‘The Fat Chance’ in 2006. She has been the nutrition presenter for TV3 - Sunrise, The Good Morning Show and ‘Test the Nation’.
Columnist
Nikki writes a weekly nutrition column in the New Idea magazine (NZ and Australia) and features in other publications. She also recognises the significance of infant nutrition by being the nutrition adviser for the organic baby food company ‘Green Monkey’.
As well as her media work Nikki is also the secretary for the NZ Nutrition Foundation, is a nutrition advisor for the Australasian Low Calorie Sweetener Advisory Board and is an independent nutrition consultant for many NZ companies.
Nikki is a dynamic and lively presenter who combines the hard facts with amusing anecdotes and information that we can all learn from.
