Bill has been training for 17 years and founded the Inspired Learning Systems brand. A national sales manager of a recognised insurance company at 26, he has a huge reservoir of experience and achievements to bring to the table. Having negotiated multinational multimillion dollar contracts right down to selling a dining club door to door, his techniques and ideas have been proven time and again in all walks of sales life.

Bill was awarded the NSANZ PRESIDENT'S AWARD in 2007-2008 and was awarded the New Zealand Business Speaker of the Year (2012-13).

More recently, in 2013 Bill became one of only eight New Zealand speakers to have been awarded by the National Speakers Association of Australia the international title of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP).
