She is a cookbook author, has been an Ambassador for RMHC in NZ, works pro bono for Talent Beyond Boundaries global charity, and had her own social enterprise business until covid-19 blew into our lives. She has picked herself up and dusted herself off many times and is currently working on another book and writing projects.
Vanessa is a proud single Mum of two wonderful young adult sons and doesn’t like to forget her first born, Victoria, who she lost at birth. She is happy to share her story of grief and the impact on her life, her marriage and her state of mind if this is pertinent to an occasion. Otherwise, she tends to focus on the fun, wonderful journey of life that can be inspirational and motivational for many.

I have had the pleasure of attending three of Vanessa's Corporate cook nights and have thoroughly enjoyed every one.
