Louise (aka Lou, aka Mom) leads Celebrity Speakers with heart, vision, and an unwavering belief in the power of storytelling. As Managing Director, she works closely with every part of the business – from speaker management, sales, and marketing to logistics, finance, operations, and new business opportunities.
No two days are ever the same, and that’s exactly how Louise likes it. She thrives on working with clients to secure the perfect speaker, launching new voices with life-changing stories, supporting speaker careers, and mentoring the team to deliver industry-leading service. Her ultimate goal? To ensure everything we do lives up to our promise of changing lives one speech at a time.
Outside of work family is everything and Louise spends a lot time ferrying her kids from one side of Auckland to the other 😊 A perfect Sunday afternoon is listening to amazing music while creating a feast.
Working remotely from beautiful Wanaka, Rachel oversees both speaker recruitment and marketing for Celebrity Speakers. She discovers new speaking talent, guides them through the onboarding process, and ensures they are set up for long-term success, while also leading marketing efforts to share Celebrity Speakers’ brand and purpose authentically with the world.
Rachel’s work spans organising speaker showcases, managing our presence at expos and events, and coordinating sponsorship opportunities to get our speakers in front of the right audiences. She loves sourcing fresh talent and ensuring clients have access to inspiring speakers who truly align with their event objectives.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys Wanaka’s great outdoors — mountain biking and relaxing by the lake in summer, and snowboarding or unwinding with a glass of red wine in winter.
Francesca helps keep everything running smoothly across multiple areas of the business. As Talent Coordinator, she manages logistics from start to finish — organising briefing calls, booking flights and transfers, and making sure every detail is in place for a seamless event experience.
She also coordinates our social media, creating content, scheduling posts, and managing engagement to help grow our online presence. On top of that, Francesca provides day-to-day support to our Managing Director, Louise. It’s a varied role, and she enjoys being across so many parts of the business.
She especially loves seeing the feedback that comes in after an event — knowing a speaker had a real impact makes it all feel worth it.
Outside of work, Francesca enjoys spending time with family and friends, planning weekend getaways, heading out for walks in nature, fitting in a Pilates class, and keeping up with Formula One.
Robyn is one of the talented coordinators at Celebrity Speakers, responsible for managing the logistics that ensure speakers arrive at events fully prepared and ready to shine.
Her work includes organising travel, liaising with clients and speakers, and making sure everyone involved has a seamless experience. Robyn is committed to providing the best support, whether she’s helping colleagues behind the scenes or assisting clients and speakers directly. One of her favourite parts of the job is the chance to connect with new people every day.
Outside of work, Robyn loves spending time in the kitchen — both making and enjoying good food — and cherishes moments with the people who fill her cup.
Tanuja is Celebrity Speakers’ resident number-cruncher, happily “playing with numbers” every day as Assistant Accountant.
She manages accounts and tax processes with precision and care, helping keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes so the team can shine on the events stage.
She finds joy in all parts of her role, staying positive and focused thanks to the constant variety that comes with working in a fast-paced industry.
Outside of work, Tanuja loves sketching and having fun with her newborn, bringing just as much creativity and energy to her family life as she does to balancing the books.
As a Client Relationship Manager, Stefanie takes a thoughtful, tailored approach to matching the right speaker or MC to each client’s brief. She loves the fascinating glimpse her role offers into a wide range of industries and finds constant inspiration in the incredible speakers she works with. There’s always something new to learn, and never a dull moment in the office!
Stefanie finds it especially rewarding to know she’s played a part in making an event memorable — bringing in someone who truly connects with the audience and leaves a lasting impact. Seeing clients’ events come to life, watching speakers on stage, and witnessing all the hard work come together is a real highlight for her.
Outside of work, Stefanie values quality time with family and friends, whether it’s travelling, relaxing at the beach, or exploring new restaurants around Auckland. She’s a fan of movies and TV series, weekend farmers markets, and cooking as a favourite way to unwind and get creative.
Sue is passionate about working with clients to match the right speaker to the right audience, ensuring a successful event every time. She finds it incredibly rewarding to hear feedback after an event and learn about the impact a speaker has had — how they made people think, feel, and sometimes even change their lives.
She loves when clients trust the process and return year after year in search of their next speaker or MC. Every day is different for Sue, from meeting sporting stars, inspiring speakers, and entrepreneurs, to attending events and expos and working alongside a great team committed to delivering the best service and results.
Sue’s goal is to make every client feel confident they’re in good hands.
Outside of work, you’ll find her walking on the beach, enjoying a drink with friends, or baking with her grandchildren.
As Global Business Development Manager, Michelle recommends speakers, MCs, and entertainers to suit clients’ unique requirements, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships. Her current priority is developing business in the Asian region, with Singapore as a key starting point for growth.
Michelle thrives on the vibrancy of the events industry and loves working alongside clients, speakers, and industry professionals from around the world. She finds it exciting to travel to industry events in Asia, where she connects with event professionals and explores new opportunities for collaboration and innovation.
Outside of work, Michelle is a keen social lawn bowler who never misses the chance to enjoy good company and hit the dance floor.
As a Client Relationship Manager at Celebrity Speakers, Julia is dedicated to matching the perfect speakers to each client’s unique needs. She is passionate about truly understanding each client’s needs and finding speakers who will resonate and create long-term impact.
Over her time at Celebrity Speakers, Julia has worked across marketing, communications, and trends analysis, giving her a deep understanding of the business and what clients need to deliver successful events. She loves building strong relationships and has a special place in her heart for helping community groups. Julia is proud to have helped Dave Letele find sponsors for his school talks, where clients, inspired by his message, choose to fund his kōrero in schools that really need it — paying forward that inspiration to young people.
Outside of work, Julia juggles life with her “girl gang” of three daughters, her new pup Mavis, and her ongoing studies as a lifelong learner — always upskilling and embracing new challenges.
Sophie is a dedicated Client Relationship Manager at Celebrity Speakers, working closely with clients to understand their unique goals and matching them with the perfect speaker to create memorable and impactful events. Alongside traditional speaking engagements, she focuses on building brand partnerships and strengthening Celebrity Speakers’ connections within the PR industry.
Sophie is passionate about exploring authentic endorsement and ambassador opportunities for talent, helping clients and speakers collaborate in ways that go beyond the stage to deliver genuine connections and lasting impact. Known for her thoughtful approach and attention to detail, she ensures every booking and partnership runs smoothly.
Outside of work, Sophie taps into her creative side through songwriting and singing. Whether writing lyrics or performing new music, she finds inspiration and balance through her love of music.
Sophia plays a key role in ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish. As a liaison between clients and speakers, she makes sure everyone is on the same page and feeling confident heading into (and out of) each event. From booking flights and taxis to managing event logistics, she helps bring every detail together behind the scenes.
What Sophia loves most is being part of something meaningful — helping spread happiness and inspiration through powerful storytelling. Working in an environment surrounded by passionate people and great communicators is something she finds deeply rewarding.
Outside of work, Sophia is on a personal wellness journey, exploring the mind-body connection through meditation, martial arts, yoga and Pilates. She’s also a dedicated art lover — never without her sketchbook, incase inspiration strikes, and proudly curating shelves of collectables at home.
