Direct Enquiries: As a Non-Exclusive Speaker, you are not required to forward all your direct enquiries to us. However, if an inquiry originates from a Celebrity Speakers booking, we expect you to forward it to us.
Fee Agreement: We must agree on your fee – you should charge the same rate as us. This maintains fee integrity in the marketplace and prevents undercutting.
Working with Other Agencies. You are free to work with other agencies and bureaus, but please ensure that everyone charges the same rate to protect fee integrity.
Profile Updates: Keep your website profile updated by emailing Rachel Bird. This includes your biography, latest photos, newsworthy information, and speaking topics.
Event Briefs: When a suitable brief arises, we will propose you for the event and check your availability. Please pencil in the date and give us the first right of refusal if another opportunity comes up.
Availability: When we enquire about your availability for an event, please respond ASAP. Our clients expect a fast turnaround.
Booking Process: Confirming bookings can take time as we build your profile with our clients. Our Client Relationship Managers work diligently to present you for appropriate briefs.
Live Presentations: It makes a real difference when our team can see you live in action. If you have any events in Auckland during the week, we’d love to attend.
Regular Updates: Keep us posted with any updates and provide comprehensive bio and speech information. Knowledge is power!
Testimonials: Provide us with great corporate testimonials – clients read these, and they help us confidently recommend you.
Showreel: A showreel is very helpful, and we encourage you to have one made. Many clients request video footage especially in international markets, and it aids in our training as well.
