Former front line constable in the New Zealand police, Amanda Fleming experienced 'some things' that linger in good and not so good ways. Her experiences in life led her to study human development, to which she now designs potent transformational workshops for leaders and teams inspired by human possibility.
After being raised in Dunedin, at 21 Amanda joined the New Zealand police where she spent the next seven years. Amanda experienced many unusual aspects of life during her time as a police officer as public perception of the whole police department evolved through challenging times in New Zealand. This experience has left her with rather a unique background as a trainer and facilitator.
Her own personal 'issues' led her to study human development. For three decades her work has been about contributing to the evolution of human consciousness. Being pragmatic, a dreamer and an evolutionary thinker, visions of a better future for our planetary home and all that dwell here drive Amanda every day. She started her own business in 1992 and since then her work has evolved, as she shares her knowledge with tens of thousands of people and hundreds of business big and small in New Zealand and Australia. Her life’s work has become her legacy.
Inspired by human possibility, Amanda deeply believes in the inherent brilliance in every individual. Her work calls that brilliance forward and the results speak for themselves.
Amanda served as a member of the Workwise Board for 14 years - helping those with mental health issues fulfil their dreams.
In demand to deliver workshops, facilitations and training, Amanda shares her wealth of knowledge to help us live to our natural potentials and consciously evolve in order to grow and thrive.
We are so much more than we know and Amanda gives her audiences the tools, knowledge and inspiration to reach their highest potential.
