Matt
Hart

Global Innovator, Educator, & Entrepreneur

Technology will master hardware and software. Humans must master Humanware.

Profile

Matt Hart is a global innovator, strategist, and educator whose work sits at the intersection of creativity, technology, and human potential.

As Founder of Better Ideas Faster, a global innovation practice, Matt leads programs that unlock new ideas, elevate people, and transform culture. Over more than 25 years, he’s partnered with some of the world’s most influential brands and artists - from American Idol, BBC, and Ed Sheeran to Cisco, Spotify, and UNICEF - designing creative systems that deliver real advantage through the twin pillars he calls Humanware and Fandom: the skills, behaviours, and creative intelligence that define human performance and connection in an age of AI and automation.

A serial entrepreneur, Matt is also Co-Founder of Sideways.ai, a next-generation learning platform pioneering knowledge-sharing for young minds, and Co-Founder of WSPR Technologies, a med-tech breakthrough redefining sleep health through positional science and quiet wearables. He’s now launching IndustryApproved - a preparatory platform for Gen Z to experience the power of becoming through personal truth, creative fluency, and fandom-making - future-proofing their potential in a world of constant change.

Matt’s social enterprise, BIF Schools, extends this mission into education - developing the next generation of creative problem solvers, innovators, and change-makers through creative curriculum, critical inquiry, and localised global problem-solving.

Currently completing a PhD in Creative Practice at the Royal Central School, University of London, Matt explores how story, performed as a creative practice of becoming, can connect individual transformation to collective culture.

His work, keynotes, and ventures share one purpose: to help people unlock creativity and connection - to build better ideas, faster.
