Melanie is a charismatic, high-energy, engaging and inspirational speaker, MC, and facilitator. Melanie’s humour and straight-up approach entertains, challenges and transform’s perspectives. She speaks from personal experience, draws on years of experience developing women millennials and leaders, the delivery of focus groups to better understand workplace realities of women and women of ethnic and cultural diversity, and years of research into generations. Experience
Melanie is a senior leadership practitioner and Gallup-certified strengths coach with over 22 years’ of leadership experience coaching and building high-performing leaders and leadership teams. She is a pre-qualified facilitator for the Leadership Development Centre to deliver New People Leader and Leaders of Leaders programme to the public service. Melanie has led highly complex transformational programmes within New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Current Work
Melanie spends her time empowering and coaching the next generation of women leaders, delivering leadership programmes to leaders, or designing bespoke solutions to develop and strengthen the capability of senior leadership teams. She delivers millennial leadership workshops for executives, workshops for women and millennials, and strengths coaching for teams to improve team dynamics and collaboration.

This session gives participants the chance to plan and drive their own career growth. It enables women to reflect on what is important to them, appreciate and lean into their talents and accomplishments and self-initiate and create positive change that will increase their leadership impact.
