Any involvement beyond the formal role, including; dining with guests, or social activities, is at the speakers discretion.
Speaker may be required to supply travel history
People at higher risk have been advised by The Ministry of Health to avoid public gatherings and to stay at home as much as possible. Any high risk speaker who decides to attend an event must take extra precautions.
Keep track of your journey; keep a detailed record of where you have been while travelling
Obey seating configurations on public transport and planes
Use personal vehicle when possible
Restrict any unnecessary movement while travelling, including on public transport - do not change seats.
Keep social distancing on transport; ensure there is an empty seat between you and other passengers.
CSNZ to pre-book all travel when possible to ensure information for contact tracing is available
If the speaker is arranging own travel, use only approved operators; uber / corporate cabs. Always ensure you have access to the operator information, cab number and driver details.
Any pre-event meetings should be done via Zoom to lessen contact
If speaker is attending a rehearsal, ensure this is kept under 1 hour and staggered, to limit number of people in one area at a time
