Andrew has over 36 years’ experience in the commercial world and is passionate about encouraging people to build strong teams that make a difference!
Andrew’s career includes extensive experience in healthcare sales and management. He emigrated to Australia and became the General Manager of Halas Dental in 2003. Since leading the merger of Henry Schein Inc. (A Fortune 500 company) and Halas in 2006, Andrew was responsible for leading the national sales activities of Henry Schein Halas. During this time, he presented his engaging thoughts on business and personal change to over 2000 people.
Andrew returned to New Zealand in 2014 as General Manager for Dentsply Sirona. During this time, the business doubled in size and the company was successful in securing the bid for the University of Otago dental school complete refurbishment.
As a speaker, he has shared his life and sales experiences with several thousand people and enjoys sharing tools and concepts which bring out the best in people. He demonstrates how to see your life and business in a different way, a way in which you can navigate a way forward and make great changes in your life.
