Fairways to Heaven

Our “golf personalities” will help with hosting duties, take the frustration out of delays and even hold an awards ceremony at the 19th hole. Golf - The World Challenge

An indoor challenge for your dinner event. Your guests will putt for points, get advice from expert caddies and meet “world famous golfers”. If you love golf but can’t get to the course, we’ll bring the course to you.

At an Amerika’s Kup event you can have a number of things happen. The two formats discussed below are only a starting point. They are ideas for a theme which can be personalised.

Amerika’s Kup - The Challenge

Suitable for groups of 150 and under. The audience becomes the challengers - Team Telecom, Team Fletcher Challenge, for example. Or they can be divisions of a company such as Team Accounts, Team Sales etc. Leading the session will be Sir Peter Fake and his crew. They tell the guests that they are being recruited to train to take out the Kup. A series of events and games are organised by the Director of the event. Guests competing with each other in mini events like a lifejacket race - a sporting quiz etc have fun and may win silly prizes. The Director will devise these specifically so they pertain to the client. There may be a touching award ceremony to conclude the evening. This is suitable as a dinner, lunch or conference show.

Amerika’s Kup - Ocean Antics

This time Sir Peter Fake and his merry crew mingle with guests, testing their resilience to listen to Peter Montgomery for hours on end, how well they drink champagne and who comes up with the best insults to hurl at Denis Connor. Sea shanties may be sung and odes to the Kup devised. Also includes a stage show and could have some competitions. Options are open. This is a meal show - breakfast, lunch or dinner.

These Theatresports classic comedy shows have been performed on boats and trains, in boardrooms, living rooms, hotels and conferences from Queen Street to Queenstown.

Comedy on Stage

One of the most popular entertainment options. A forty-five minute show with songs, poems and skits featuring your business, your people and your event. They will take this show anywhere.

Comedy with Character

Let their comedy hosts get your event off to a flying start, they ensure everyone relaxes with a chuckle as their characters circulate amongst your guests to create a fun environment. The performers can also provide their unique emceeing skills to assist with any presentations or introductions. They finish off the event with the perfect complement - the Comedy on Stage show.

Raising Funds? The Theatresports Match Fundraiser

This is an excellent fundraising opportunity for your club, school or charity. It’s a full-on Theatresports show with two teams of professional actors who create songs, skits and poems on the spot. There are judges who award points to make sure the best team wins, and an emcee who runs the evening.

Wake Up and Focus

They will wake your delegates up every morning with icebreaker sessions so they’re ready to take part in your conference. Throughout the day they can provide additional invigorating sessions to keep your delegates focused and listening.

Team Building

Fun but always work-related. Everyone can successfully participate in these exercises and games. Build team spirit and get your delegates working together.

Conference Coaches

They ensure you are a participant at your own conference. They will liaise with the venue and make sure your conference runs smoothly by keeping you on schedule. They return throughout the day to provide invigorating breaks for the delegates. Their conference coaches can also present prepared scenarios that bring your business message to life in a memorable way. The only thing you have to worry about is getting to dinner on time.
