Grant's personal story of the 2015 Cricket World Cup is a story for the ages, and one that resonated powerfully with our entire team when Grant spoke at our Annual Conference. The key message that success comes from a strong team culture where each and everyone takes personal responsibility to perform, all driven along by inspiring leadership from the front, had our team on the edge of seats, whether they were cricket fans or not. Grant's talk was not only insightful but also hugely entertaining. He is extremely articulate and also extremely personable. It was an absolute pleasure to have him address our team. He was a key part of helping to make our Conference one of our most successful yet. OMD

Everyone enjoyed listening to him and found him very approachable and friendly. He also made some good comparisons to sport and leading teams which they found interesting. Given this was an informal Q&A he was adaptable and seemed very relaxed being asked questions.
