Along with his business partner, Tim is the co-founder of London’s Institute of Physique Management and The Hard Edge, a no-nonsense corporate performance programme that takes executives and senior management teams through a customised health, wellness and personal performance challenge.
Background
Tim has spent the last twenty years at the top end of the international health and wellness industry. He has presented on television programmes (“Turn Back Your Body Clock” - Channel 4) and hosted a weekly radio show on health, personal performance, training, nutrition, weight loss, de-stressing and de-ageing strategies.
Heralded as one of London’s Top Health Gurus by the Telegraph, Evening Standard, London Magazine, Tatler and The Times, he has also appeared on GMTV with Lorraine Kelly, Discovery Health Channel, Sky TV and a special feature on CBS News following some of the high profile clients he works with.

Tim, together with his business partner Anne Laing, authored the best-selling book “Turn Back Your Age Clock” (Hamlyn), a definitive guide to healthy active ageing, and their latest book, “The Wealthy Body in Business - Earn More Money by Being in Better Shape” is about to be released.

I have never seen the team as energised and engaged as they were after they’d attended Tim’s seminar series. His delivery was to the point but expertly engaging and entertaining. Individually, staff have made commitments to improving their health and general wellbeing with a positive long-term outlook - something we’ve not achieved during previous Wellness Week incentives. All I hear from the team is “When is Tim coming back?”. Worth every cent.
