Tracy spoke at an event we held with women in leadership positions. The feedback from our clients and partners was amazing. Tracy speaks so authentically and honestly, encouraging barriers to be broken down in the room. Menopause, or more correctly perimenopause is something every woman in the workplace should be aware of. Both for their own health, but also to allow them to support others.
Tracy recently presented on My Everyday Wellbeing LIVE to staff and she was fantastic! Tracy's relatable and personable approach made it easy to connect with her, so important in a topic that could be considered taboo. The audience were so engaged and asked loads of questions. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an engaging and knowledgeable speaker.
