Vince Ford is an award-winning author, journalist and storytelling expert who explores how powerful stories can engage, unite and influence people.
Drawing on a career spanning writing, journalism and video production, Vince brings together the disciplines of storytelling, communication and neuroscience to understand why stories connect with us and how they can shape the way people think, feel and act.
His own life has given him no shortage of stories to draw from. Raised in the backcountry of New Zealand, Vince has worked in salt mines and as a jackeroo in outback Australia, led off-road adventures through the deserts and mountains of the Arabian Peninsula, and crossed African borders undetected.
From remote landscapes to the world of journalism and storytelling, these experiences have shaped Vince’s understanding of human connection, leadership and influence. Today, his work focuses on the role stories can play in helping leaders communicate with greater clarity, build connection and create a shared sense of direction.
