Ron Lee is known globally as "the Corporate Ninja".
He started in show business at age 10 at the Sydney Tivoli and has been involved in the performing arts as an actor, director and theatre critic.
Disillusioned with the theatre, Ron responded to an ad for a door-to-door salesman where, after two weeks, he became the top producer in a sales force of 50 and was promoted to sales manager soon after. The MD required him to run two sales meetings every week, and not knowing any formal selling techniques, Ron simply taught them how to act.
After 16 years as a financial planner, Ron now works as a motivational humorist at conferences and trains executives in the US, Canada, Asia, Australia and New Zealand in professional performance standard presentation skills, sales, quality in communication, change, leadership and personal power using actors' techniques, humour and martial arts philosophies.
Dr Takashi Kinoshita, Japanese industrial giant, is the central character in a motivational comedy presentation Ron tailors to his client’s brief. It involves an experiential speech and uses members of the audience to demonstrate the ways in which ninja techniques can assist individuals and companies in attaining personal and corporate goals.
The philosophies come from the ancient writings of Chinese military expert Sun Tzu who wrote 'Sun Tzu on the Art of War', the oldest military treatise in the world, and from Miyamoto Musashi, an undefeated 17th Century samurai who wrote about success, lifestyle, self-motivation and achievement in 'A Book of Five Rings'.
